Folks, it's time to rethink my approach... something less brazen, and more clever...

So let me figure this out...

OK. Daddy left to shovel the snow, so HE's out of the way...

... but how do I get past those darn bears? They seem to have the power to show up anytime and anywhere!... Wait, I think I know the answer! It's almost too easy...

That's right. If you can't beat 'em, join 'em. Heh, Mom really slipped up when she bought me this outfit. (Where IS Mom all the time anyway?)

But I will need to get ONE of these bears on my side. This guy in red looks friendly. "Psst... Can you keep a secret? I'm not really a bear!"

"Sure, I'll cover for ya, kid. But don't let these other two guys sniff you out. They ain't as friendly as I am."

"Now, this sofa is where we hang out most of the time, Emrick. Try to look casual, and most importantly, smile like I do!"

"Heehee! Can do!"

Heh, I think I may actually be pretty good at this clever disguise stuff.

Uh oh. Daddy has come to talk to the bears about their present-guarding duties! I really need to blend in with these other bears! No worry... If E.T. can pull it off, so can I!

Avoiding eye contact... avoiding eye contaaaact.... and...

buwahahaha... He's about to leave, and he didn't suspect a thing!

But now I better get outta here before these other two bears figure me out. This is just too risky!

It's too late! They're onto me! Oh, why can't I smell like a bear?!

Maybe this Santa hat will throw them off. It makes my disguise more complete.

WAAAH! I don't think it's working!

Now I'm never going to get a sneak peek at my presents. This is going to be the most miserable Christmas I've ever had!

Oh great, now Daddy's coming back? Can this get any worse?!
