Okay. I intended to do a post yesterday, which was Emrick’s two-month birthday. But after his morning appointment with the pediatrician, I got a massive migraine that never quite left me (until this morning). I barely managed to do the stuff I HAD to do, let alone something fun, like posting adorable pics of the adorable Emrick.
Anyway, before the appointment, Emrick was washed, dressed, and photographed for your pleasure. I love this outfit he is wearing. Little did I know, when my mom and I bought this little cardigan in June, that a few months later someone else would give us a onesie that was a perfect match for it! Darling!
Marcus thinks Emrick is “dressed like an old man” here. Tell him he’s wrong!
Happy Two-Month Birthday, Emrick! We love you!

I did not realize that Walter Matthau had a babies’ clothes collection.

Hey-oh!
He’s obviously disturbed by the lack of attention paid to the drawstring on his pants. Can you blame him? Wouldn’t you be in distress too if you had constant worry of being de-pants?!

He gets de-pantsed several times a day! That drawstring can’t save him!
But for looks and neatness I definitely should have tied it.
You never said how the dr. appt. went. Sorry about your headache. Our Emrick is a doll. I think he has earned Kelly’s “Sir” with this outfit…needs patches on the elbows to complete it…love it.

I was going to give details about the appointment, but I was typing one-handed with a baby in my arms, so I didn’t feel like taking the time to do that. Maybe later.
Chris, you are mistaken. This outfit is from the George Clooney Line and requires a photo submission for approval by George before a child may wear them.
He is adorable no matter what he’s wearing. I am thinking stripes over stripes may be a bit much, but certainly not old man…unless you put sandals on over those socks! His expression in that first pic as awesome! Happy two months Emrick!
George Clooney can dress MY grandbaby anytime!!
I’m watching “UP” with Eleanor & Wilson. I just realized that Emrick is the little boy in the beginning of the movie. FOR REAL. watch it. Next year for Halloween, it’s an EASY Costume!!

I’ve seen UP, but I had to use Google to remind myself of what the little boy at the beginning looked like. I guess I see a slight resemblance! I’d probably have to see him in full animation to decide for sure, though!
Just to clarify, I’m not speaking of the little scout boy, I’m speaking of Carl – when he meets his future wife, ellie. It looks like emrick. 😉
