We took a lot of pictures last night of Emrick wearing his new rocket ship pajamas. There were so many pics that turned out soooooooooooooo cute that I am going to have to make this post a two-parter. Part I here really shows off Emrick’s increasingly expressive face. I didn’t caption these because his looks speak for themselves!
Part II will be posted later this week and will feature bathtub pics. We’ll post pics of Emrick, too.

LOVE his new rocket ship jammies….and LOVE picture #10…..you should have put a caption under that one for sure….looks like he is growing just fine…and getting cuter every day.
Too cute. He seems constantly amazed, amused, or mystified by whatever his parents are doing. Pics arrived just in time to save me from a withdrawal attack–thanks!
Oh my gosh!! He is sooooooooo adorable!! I love the Spickey hair!!
bathtub pics and THEN pics of emrick?. this should be different. 🙂
love the pictures. thanks!!
Pretty cool. But…. How about some pics of the little guy with his camera shy parental units? (PLEASE!! NOT bathtub pics!)
Shona, I think he’s doing some diaper business in a couple of these! He is adorable to say the least!!

I don’t remember if he was doing diaper business or not. If he was, we would have heard it… along with everyone else on the block! He’s very indiscreet! 🙂
Adorable. I remember Ed’s diaper business. His face would turn purple, the odor would be like a toxic gas and the product would be two or threee little pebbles. I know everyone wanted to know that. Shona, he is just fantastic. Can’t wait to see him and even you and Marcus!
OMG Sam! I am laughing so hard. Having a teenager in the house I know that Ed would not be happy you shared such memories. But I thank Emrick ( and his parents ) for enabling the laughs! ( I can’t believe you remembered the pellet thing!) Oh, and I think when the Emrick views the archives of his youth, he will be amazed!

Sam, Emrick has had a few toxic-gas-smelling diapers, but oddly, a lot of the time his poop smells like fried chicken. I’m not kidding. And no, I have not been eating KFC everyday. I think I’ve had some sort of fried chicken twice since he was born. But somehow his diaper business is of the eleven herbs and spices variety.
