Shona, mom and I were talking about the Amazing Emrick and we wondered what on earth do you do in your spare time when you’re not taking pictures of that sweetest baby? (Really hoping you say writing a book!)

Shona, what can I say? I’ve been with your brother for over 4 years now. His sarcasm and droll sense of humor has effected me. 🙂 We adore the updates and look for them every day!

Let me clarify, my mom also follows the adventures of Sir Emrick and is thrilled when she sees a new post before I do! lol

    Poor Emrick!
He’s losing sleep over the fact that his parents make him use towels for warmth instead of soft fluffy blankies.
Do we need to start a blanket drive?

    Love the posts!

Kelly, I’m glad that you and your mom are enjoying the blog! And I like the sound of “Sir Emrick.” Maybe when he’s a little older I’ll make that his official nickname. Right now I call him “my little sugar cookie.” It fits. 🙂

Kellie, I wondered if someone would comment on that towel! Emrick has tons of blankets, I swear! But that towel happened to be handy 😉

By the way, there is something else odd about this photo. I wonder if anyone has spotted it yet?

Something odd in the photo… let’s see, your son has 3 fingers on his left hand, his name tag says I’m in charge, and he sleeps like his uncle Clark? lol

“Daddys girl” blanket, perhaps? I guess the towel threw me initially. Poor emrick!

Yeah, where in the world did you get a “Daddy’s girl “blanket. Poor Little Sugar cookie 🙂

Yep, the “daddy’s girl” is what I was talking about. 🙂 It was given to us. Marcus and I were amused of course, but it’s a pretty nice, cozy little blanket!

We’ll love him even if he does turn out to be a girl.
