Holly has two teeth and is on the verge of crawling. For the past week or so, whenever she’s on her belly, she gets her knees up under her and rocks back and forth, like she’s trying to move forward. It’s super cute, and I’ll get some video of it this weekend. Anyway, I suspect she may crawl before her next monthly birthday. In the meantime, she has become pretty adept at rolling and inchworming her way around on the floor. That means a new round of childproofing is called for. Since Emrick is well past the putting-everything-in-his-mouth stage, he has lots of toys now that would be choking hazards to Holly. So this weekend I plan to make a thorough sweep of his playroom, and remove any chokables I find. We’ll move them into Emrick’s bedroom probably.<\/p>\n
