It’s after 10 o’clock! And I know that it’s a bit late to finally<\/em> be acknowledging that today is… OCHO DE MAYO! Did everyone eat Mexican food in honor of the special day? We<\/em> didn’t! Instead, we celebrated my being a mom. I slept in while Marcus fed the baby, made me breakfast in bed, and bought me some flowers. He also made me fresh frozen raspberry yogurt with the new gelato\/frozen yogurt\/ice cream machine he gave me. Pretty nice, and just in time for the warm weather!<\/p>\n

So, ice cream social at our house this summer. Everyone’s invited. Come as you are.<\/p>\n

But I could never have become a mom, had it not been for two other moms (and who even knows where they<\/em> came from? *shrug*). So to thank our moms, Cinda and Merlyn, for everything they’ve done for us for the past so many years, here are the youngest, cutest pictures Marcus and I could find of our moms in our vast, disorganized photo collections!<\/p>\n
