Today was my 29th birthday.\u00a0 It rained most of the day, but I didn’t mind, in fact I tend to like rain.\u00a0 I didn’t go in to work, just did a few errands and relaxed for the most part. My wonderful wife baked me a birthday cake before she left for work in the morning, and then frosted it when she came home.\u00a0 As far as gifts I’ve gotten three outfits, a nice winter coat, and a video game (Fallout 3).<\/p>\n

We went out and got a pizza this evening, then came back and watched a movie (The Happening) while we ate.\u00a0 The film had a good enough premise, but the execution was a bit lacking.\u00a0 Still, it was worth the dollar rental we paid.\u00a0 After the movie we ate the cake and ice cream, then my mother called to wish me a happy birthday.\u00a0 I also checked my work e-mail and found a bunch of birthday greetings, which my boss started by sending out an e-mail to the whole department, teasing me that it was my 21st birthday, that I had finally grown up.<\/p>\n

In all, a memorable birthday.<\/p>\n
